Replace laundry door (bottom glass panel missing - maybe easier to replace door with similar?) Install 2 x bedroom door handle sets Repair loose window latches (all wooden frames, some are loose need to check each one) 1 x rot in window sill 1 x rot in skirting Repair bedroom wardrobe doors (chips in door, inside might need sanding to remove residual stickers) Optional - Replace gib in stairwell (water ingress has bloated a part of the gib - can you quote this separately please)
