We are seeking a skilled handyman to prepare an outdoor space and install a level base for a spa pool. The designated area includes a mix of concrete tiles and a small dirt section, with an existing water drainage slope. The task involves creating a sturdy, level foundation that accommodates the spa while maintaining effective water drainage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Preparation: • Assess the designated outdoor area (approximately 85% tiled concrete and 15% dirt) to determine requirements for leveling and stability. 2. Concrete Work: • Construct a raised concrete base over the dirt section, ensuring it is level with or slightly elevated above the existing tiled area. 3. Wooden Base Installation (): • Build and install a wooden platform over the existing concrete tiles to create a fully level surface that aligns with the new concrete base. 4.
