The top step needs to be repaired, additionally it'd be great if we can remove the black stuff from the steps and the structure immediately surrounding the steps that'll be awesome too.

Although there was a slight mishap with an initial appointment that was missed, Chris was amazing to deal with and the service received quickly made up for it. The team member under Chris' instruction, did exactly what we were after. Chris and his team also responded quickly to a few last minute (small) requests and did it all as part of the job. Will definitely contact Chris again for all build/repair/maintenance needs in the future!
