I want a certified builder to check and repair woodwork prior to house painting

Residence consists of; 2 storey flat roof house - garage - studio/sleepout The house has some weather boards requiring repair/replacement. The garage wood work may be ok, or may need very minor weatherboard repair The single storey Studio/sleepout has rot at the barge boards at a rain head I need all work to be co-ordinated with the painters so repairs are not left unprotected. I have a painting company on hand to work with but I will consider the use of any painting company that the builder prefers to work with. The last 5 photos are of the studio/sleepout, the rest are of the house. My brother-in-law is a retired master builder and he recommended a certified builder. I would prefer someone who is conscientious and can do good work as if they are working on their own house.

I had several good candidates reply about my job on Builderscrack. Alexander was the first candidate I saw, and as he 'ticked' all the boxes I engaged him for the job. He had 2 staff members assisting him. I found they were experienced, skilled and competent. There was a few 'twists' in the job but they were always composed and got the job done. When any additional expertise was needed Alexander would promptly organise it so the job flowed well. I would use Caerus Construction again.
