Our hot water cylinder has spring a leak and there's damage to the surrounding wall panels and dampness visible from underneath the house. Some bubbling on lino flooring. Have had a plumber out to check it and basically confirm the above info. Looking for a builder/handyman to come and take a look for cost/time to suss out any damage that needs to be repaired before a new cylinder can be put in.
