I have two or three small areas of rotten weatherboard on an old villa. Need these replaced plus a thorough check over the rest of the house to fix up anything I've missed. Re-hanging Front door / Locking mechanism on a bi-fold door

My front door is off-centre when closing. fits tight at the top left corner making to hard to close. Needs rehanging. I also have a tall double glazed bi-fold door that I currently dont have a proper locking mechanism for save the slide bolt at the top (i need a step ladder to reach). Hoping for a solution to make it easier to open/lock. Also would like a consult on some work RE un-level floor/ joists.
