I have the keys from the 12th. - Only one seismic restraint fitted to the middle of the hot water cylinder currently - should have two, from the top to bottom - Add a head flashing to the garage door - Loose rubber seals to the Al joinery in thr garage - Small breaking on the firewall between the 2 dwellings in the garage - Install an extraction fan in the bathroom - Check junction between the shower and wall - might need sealing - Vinyl to the back door is bubbling - Need a new hot tap in the laundry - Need a smoke alarm - Install a front gate at the stairs I would like a quote and your availability, please.
