Decking Repair for Spa

I'm replacing this old spa with a new one, but the deck underneath it has rotted because a leaking pump. The two things I'm looking at are; 1. Getting a weight rating for the deck to know which size spa I can get. 2. Replace the rotted decking timber once the spa is removed before the new spa comes in. This might require lifting the spa on it's side out of the way.
