Clear blocked spouting and downpipe

The gutters and downpipes on my house are blocked and I would like to have them cleared out. Hose tap is available for use. One side of the house has quite a high drop so will have to be undertaken off the roof. Is a recently replaced roof so experienced roofing skills required to take extra care not to leave any dents is essential please.
