I need a company that can fix the cladding damages, however, the company must provide a project plan that I can offer to the bank to apply for house maintenance funds. The project plan must include the details below: Please provide us report from a Weather tightness Building Surveyor on the weather tightness of the home. This should include all weather tightness issues, extent of damage, invasive moisture readings, repair plan, scope of works and estimated total remediation costs. Also, Repair plan from a qualified professional (i.e. Architect or Building Surveyor) including specifications (outline only) of intended works and products, selection process of contractor, total cost to remediate and name of a suitably qualified Project Manager (i.e. Architect or Building Surveyor) who will manage the project. If you cannot provide the plan, please do not contact us. If you can, we want to make an appointment to check our house and start the project as soon as possible.
