Installing new door latch on bathroom door

Hi. We need to replace a new door latch on our bathroom door, as the old one keeps jamming. My husband bought a new privacy set (Locware) with adjustable latch to suit 60/70mm backset. Unfortunately latch area on the door needs a bigger circle cut for the new door latch set. Not sure what this would cost to do.
