Property Maintenance.

There are a few minor maintenance jobs at a property in Waterloo. 1. Mow Lawns. This involves mowing about 3weeks of growth of lawns. Refer photos. 2. Paint patchwork. We replaced the shower & the new liner was shorter compared to previous one so the wall area has been exposed. We want it painted with flat white color. Refer photos. 3. Replace kitchen cabinet door hinges This involves unscrewing the existing ones & screwing the new ones. Twelve new hinges provided & to be replaced. 4. Remedial wall work & paint. We did some repairs & we want to fix a small part of wall (less than 0.5m X 0.5m) & paint with flat white paint. All these jobs are at the same property.
