Repair shower

I have an over the bath shower. The hot water has stopped coming out of the shower head but the cold water still comes through - there is no problem with the shower head or the cable/pipe coming from the wall to the shower head. Both hot and cold water come out of the taps. See pictures for the type of shower and more details.
