Level bathroom vanity and fix side panel

We got our bathroom renovated this year. The new vanity appears to not quite be level as some water flows over the left edge and has been causing the side panel to warp. We would like to get the vanity adjusted so it is level on both sides and maybe slightly sloped forward. For the side panel, we are wondering if it can be fixed with glue or screws (with brown no more gaps over the top).
