Loose Fascia 2 Storey House

Part of our Fascia has come off and is hanging loose. Birds are making nests in the roof cavity. Just needs to be nailed back up and nest(s) need taking out. Second job. A metal rubbish bin lid has been screwed onto the side of the house. Been there for over 37 years. Screws don't turn so will need steel cutting blade to take them out.
