1. Disconnect and reconnect 2 light fittings 2. Remove Michelangelo ceiling tiles and trims 3. Reline ceiling with 10mm Aqualine gib 4. Replace scotia 5. Plaster for a paint finish 5. Decorating - seal with oil based sealer then two coats of paint to ceiling and scotia
