Preparing rental property for sale

Hi All, I am looking for a general handy man to prepare my small two bedroom cottage for sale. The property will be vacant in mid September and I would like a handy man to spend about a week at the property sorting out some of the following for me. Some of the work includes: 1. Repairing some small cracks in the walls, and painting (cracks are from an earthquake a while ago). 2. General painting tidy up of ceilings, doors, windows and walls. Generally, very tidy but just want it to look as sharp as possible for the sale of the property. 3. Repairing tiled floor where the washing machine leaked. Fixing the floor with existing tiles and re grouting. 4. Replacing hand basin in bathroom that has a crack in in. 5. Fix some cracks on the outside of the house that may need repair and repainting (from earthquake) 6. Touch up paint on some of the outside windows of the property to make them look sharp. 7. Water blast the house, courtyards, fences etc. Perfect little job for a handy man that is good at painting, sorting out a tiled floor that needs a fix up etc.
