Fixing/Replacing Rot On Windowsills; 3. General Dabs of Paint Here And There; 4. Water Blasting/Repairing Deck; 5. Other Tasks You Deem To Be Necessary Based On Your Professional Opinion; Looking for someone to start as soon as possible so availability would be quite criticial.
