Gutter Clearing

we urgently need someone to clear our internal gutters and overflow as water started leaking into the house last night which we think is due to clogged up gutters. it is a two storey house with internal gutters amd we need someone to go into the roof to check the internal gutters and clear any debris out. we think the gutters are clogged due to an overhanging tree which needs some branches cut off so it would be great if you could do that too but not the priority at this stage.
