Install 2 Tank Guy emergency water tanks

We need two emergency water tanks connected to our downspouts. Downspouts are easy to access and the tanks are relatively easy to install, just cut the downspout, install the diverter to the tank, and connect up. I'm just not very handy, nor do I have the tools required (saw, file, etc.). Tanks are these: --- /
