Window frame, tap and door lock to be replaced

Hi there We have a window frame that has become lose a the bottom on one side and we would like someone to come and repair this. Our kitchen tap is also loose so we would like that tightened. And we bought a new deadbolt lock for our front door however we aren't able to fix it. If by chance you are handy with heatpumps we also have a MDV heatpump with an error code of e1 showing.
