A range of big and small tasks, from mounting a TV to rehanging a door

Hi there, we've got a list of tasks that we are just not getting to and would love someone to help us out. Here is what we need done: Mount the TV on the wall; erect shelves in laundry; mount drier in laundry (this will require cutting a hole for the ventilation tube); putty screw holes in the wall where original owners hung paintings (~20 holes throughout house); rehang internal rimu/glass door (which we attempted to hang but it does not shut fully); and add new door handle. Fix a gutter on the roof that isn't catching all the water it should when it rains a lot, we think the gutter needs extending/widening Replace locks for two external doors Re-do the silicon at base of the shower glass panel Attach dyson vacuum stick charging unit to wall (it is coming away as I don't think the correct screws were used). Attach toilet to floor and replace toilet seat (current seat doesn't fit well)
