Hen House

I saw this hen house advertised on Trademe recently and it is about what I have been looking for. It was selling for $500 but unfortunately located in the south island. "1800 x 1500 Chook house, fits 12 hens. complete with roosts and nesting boxes. Made from H3 treated timber with a Recycled iron roof." It would not need to be an exact replica and I am not fussy on what it is made out of. Going to keep 4 hens and just want to keep them clean and dry and the house to last a long time. Happy for any suggestions. Can build here or deliver to Upper Hutt. I
