Change shape doorways and fill one in

We would like to make our rounded door ways into square ones at the top I.e. remove the oval bits at top and also fill one of them in. A rough idea of costs would be fab thanks and we would like this done ASAP. So it's to change top of two doorways and fill one doorway in. Thanks!
