Leaking inside Toilet cistern

When pressing the button to flush toilet there is a leak around the top of Fill Valve/ballcock assembly which creates flooding and causes the cistern to leak water onto the floor as the cistern fills. Only happens when the Ballcock goes below a certain water level, but leaks whenever toilet is flushed. Someone in Wainuiomata to fix would be preferable. We work during the day so work would be required to be done after 5pm
