Said his son could help. He lacked basic fundamental skills and then refused to dig once I saw how sunny standard his skills were. $25 an hour was $20 an hour too much. I let him know that he had to put his invoice in for payment the next week but complained when his incorrectly invoice wasn't paid a couple of days later. FYI out your IRD number on an invoice and much is not included in your hours. I've been a builder for 30 years and never seen that extream in that time.

"In response to your negative comments, i told you when i met you, that my son was learning hence very cheap rate, but you said its ok, you also make it clear he wouldnt be digging holes all day as a digger was booked but after seeing how fast my son dug cancelled digger .So you lied and and have no prob tellimg you.If you didnt want a slave my son wouldve worked for you next day as you requested, My son had just set up labour only so wasnt clear on the I.R.D details.
