wooden floor boards -bathroom replaced

Floor boards in bathroom have rotted as think there is a leak somewhere! am wanting to re do whole bathrooom for the right price. Currently walls have wooden toungue n groove-similar, wanting to pull off as there is about 3cm wall space behind and bathroom makeover I will source and buy bath shower fixtures etc just needing floor replaced, then tiled floor. walls tiled to roof and bathroom fixtures installed (bath ect fitted? would def need to view for this job). wanting to spend approx 4-6 grand plus for whole bathroom. Paying cash :)
