fence repair

I have a large fence, and the nails keep on shaking out, I would like this fence to be repaired without a complete replacement. It is an Iron fence between properties.But I will be paying for the entire repair. I also have some paint peeling on the wood below the roof, both front and back. I would like this sanded and painted. I live in a small single story brick property which is joined onto another.
