Would like a handyman to work through some jobs for us over a couple days to prep our house for sale. Jobs include replacing a few pieces of loose timber in deck, repairing cracks in interior walls, gap filling holes, adding small section of skirting to bathroom, repairing couple loose floor tiles and grouting, and painting a couple window frames. Willing to pay for an hourly rate + materials. Jobs would need to be done by April 10th, but preferably this week.
