Wet wall

I had a builders report done to sell my house.It registered Damp in one of the lower bedrooms, due to it being a wood wall, and they built a sloping driveway across it, so damo got between them. The report says the wall needs to be built up above the driveway level with blocks, the re-framed above it. Then a bit of the driveway dug out and a drain put between it and the house. I need this done asap please, as I am desperate to sell the house.
