Raised garden bed

We would like a raised garden bed to be constructed at the back of our section by our shed measuring 1.5meters across x 3meter long and the height being about 75cms. We would like a concrete border around the raised garden bed of about 20cm, with the bed being 20cm from the shed. We would also like the concrete border to continue along the entire length of the shed which is about 8 meters long. Photo of the type of raised garden bed we like below along with a photo of the site
