Attach base plate to concrete floor

Attach an 80cm base board to a concrete floor with a ramset gun. We expect this to be a fairly quick job as the timber has been cut and small pilot holes drilled. And the sooner the better. Also some advice on whether some Gib and the top plate should be replaced. For the moment we just need the base plate in. Later we will also need a shower installer and a plumber to re-plumb the pipes. No changes just everything exactly where it was before.
