Pelmet installation

Hi there I'm needing some work done with installing pelmets to fit onto existing window curtains. Reason for installing pelmets is to reduce air flow down the curtains to reduce condensation build up on windows, hence the pelmet must be tight fitting and flush with the windowframe. Many thanks
