Outdoor removal of concrete picnic table and replacement of clothesline

Job 1 - I need a new clothesline installed to replace the old. Currently we have a retractable 4 line clothesline of which the lines are now all broken and unable to be repaired. The lines are held by 2 posts on each end made out of heavy metal beam embedded into concrete. We want to take out these metal beams and replace with something else (not sure what can be used in its replacement) and then install the new retractable line. We have already purchased a Hills 4-line retractable line to replace the old. Job 2 - Removal of outdoor concrete picnic table - I have a 6-post concrete pillars about knee length in height (that held planks as a seating fixture) that needs to be removed, it is embedded in concrete/paver stones. And a very heavy concrete table top all connected together that needs to be removed as well.
