Garage door not closing properly

I have a remote controlled garage door. The mechanism of opening and closing is fine. However the door does not go all the way down and instead stops just before it would normally close and then opens again. This leaves me having to shut the door at the power so that it doesn't flip up again. My uneducated view is there has been some movement in the frame that might be causing this. Appreciate any help

Friendly and professional. Although the fix was easy and in hindsight I should of been able to determine, Pat didn't talk down at all and respectfully gave me tips around it
