Replace rotten weatherboard, upgrade bathroom fan, external vent for dryer

Hi, We have a few small jobs that need doing. 1. Replacing a section of rotten weatherboard where a downpipe clamp pulled out and water got into the exposed screw holes. 2. Upgrading the ventilation and heating in the bathroom. There's a Weiss 3 in 1 Heat/Fan/Light but we still get condensation dripping from the ceiling, even after cleaning it as well as we could and with the window slightly open. 3. Venting the dryer in the laundry/garage to the outside Could you please email me and let me know what time would suit you to come and have a look? Thanks, Margaret.
