Job description
- Corner cupboard in kitchen, top hinge broken. Tenant has removed the door to save the other hinge. Photo attached - Pantry door has apparently come off top rollers. I believe it simply needs re-slotting back in. - Anti-mould spray the bathroom ceiling and cupboard seals and paint ceiling in mould resistant vivid white paint - Ivy coming over the fence from neighbours side. Needs a small cut back so it doesnt reach the house - Spray anti-rust spray on the outside A/C unit. See if gutter can be repaired directly above - Tenant has mentioned dry rot under the “upper” gutter at the front of house.

Several handyman tasks opportunistically invoiced at $760. I dispute these confected fees. Will not use them again.

"We are not cowboys so we are always going to fix things properly e.g you don't just paint one coat of paint over a mouldy celling, one days labour for all the jobs we did and half the cost is materials witch are out of our hands and we gave the materials to the client at cost and we gave them the receipts too."
