Clean algae off timber fence, then stain fence

Two tasks: a) Clean fence: approx 140m (single fence side) The existing fence (generally 2m, some shorter) has been partially stained. But both the stained and unstained sections have green algae growing. Wish the sections cleaned as shown in attached plan (can leave out the difficult to access sections marked). Note there are some sections with a grape vine / other plants that care will need to be taken around not to damage plant with chemicals/water blasting. Happy to be either via either active scrubbing/blasting, or 'spray and walk away' type method - no real urgency. Only wish it done prior to spring plant growth. b) [may not progress with this depending on cost, can you pleas provide provide separately]. Stain the sections indicated on plan approx 65m (single fence side), using Aquamax "Smokey Charcoal" colour to match existing stain - one unopened 10L stain can be provided. Rest will need to be purchased. Again no real urgency - just completed before plant growth makes it difficult.
