Vinyl Re-layaing & Ensuite Vinyl

+ Kitchen and hallway / laundry rippled during earthquake and needs relaying. Also we would like to replace the carpet in the ensuite with something with vinyl. Substrate is T & G floorboards. ++For kitchen vinyl we have some spare off cuts from the original roll. ++Earthquake work will be paid for by owner & reclaimed later us via our insurance. ++Area of Ensuite approx 3.5 sqm ( 1.5 x 2.3m) with cut arounds for toilet and small rectangular vanity required. Joiner strip to bedroom carpet required.
