If possible, have the following completed by Friday 23rd June, open to pragmatic prioritizing: * Minor damage to right hand side of the exterior cladding at the front of garage corner. * Soffit by bathroom has a 40 x 200 mm hole (approx) needing to be filled and dressed * Sliding-door doorsill needs repainting. * The kitchen floor is not fully sealed around the perimeter around the cabinets. * The bench top needs to be sealed back against the wall to prevent water ingress. * The bathroom floor is not fully sealed around the perimeter or at the base of the vanity. The toilet pan is not sealed to the floor. The laundry floor is also not sealed around its perimeter. * The laundry tub is not sealed against the wall

• Originally took on as for general handyman tasks, James very kindly and expertly advised me that the painting and sealing tasks would be better delivered by a dedicated painting company. • James completed his task of filling a complex hole in the soffit to perfection, a very smooth finish • I would certainly hire James again without hesitation.
