Supply and install kitchen rangehood and bathroom extractor fan

The kitchen has an existing 600mm rangehood which is end of life. However, it has never been ducted! Supply and install new rangehood, including ducting (probably through roofspace and out soffit). 3 pin plug already in place. Bathroom has a heatlamp/fan/light fitting but the fan is not operational. Install new fan or replace existing, whichever is more economic. Photos show the existing tilt hood (replace with standard rangehood), the internal view of the tilthood (grill removed - you can see the open space at the top) and the external view of the tilthood from above showing the power source (good) and no ducting (bad).
