I pride myself on my zero tolerance to rental arrears and the working rapport I have with my owners and tenants alike. My current owners and tenants know that I am available at anytime to discuss any matters concerning to their properties. In the first instance of my tenants calling regarding a repairs or maintenance to their property I will personally sight the repairs/maintenance to ascertain whether a contractor is required thus saving the owner a costly call-out fee.
