A few nails have popped during earthquake, allowing water to enter ceiling. Not a big job but needs fairly urgent attention. Also checking ceiling joists and some pick bats have become wet. We have an EQC Claim number. Will pay contractor, and will require a GST receipt. Probability of having ceiling insulation renewed.

A very competent Tradesman. Running behind schedule, but we had two large quakes earlier that week, so perhaps understandable. Would recommend.

Tradesperson reply
"Sorry about the earthquake disrupting things. Did call around late evening on the day but no one home. Managed to complete the job the following evening. Cheers Tom."
