Two level plaster over weatherboard timber structure in city east side near Linwood Village: 1. Rear chimney to be dismantled to ground level 2. Front chimney to be dismantled to lower roof level and temp capped for weatherproofing 3. Mid chimney to be checked for danger 4. Piles under hose to be viewed and checked OK 5. Interior walls to be checked, especially in mid section between level 1 and 2 in stairwell, to see if structure is still sound. If the building is structurally OK I want to move forward on temporary cover and repair of repair of interior wall and ceiling plaster damage. These interim repairs could be simply done by screwing in sheets of Gib, MDF, whatever. We can discuss after inspecting. My cell phone is lost but will be replaced later today, and I'll put the number up then. I will have an EQC number later today - need this to be billed direct to them. Thanks! JOhn
