Major Renovation

We are in a position to start some major renovations to our existing home in Kohimarama. The work includes gutting and remodelling the current ground floor and adding an upper floor. The groundfloor is 127sqm and the floor being added is 65sqm. We have Final Drawings completed and have acquired resource and building consents from council. We are after a couple of fixed cost quotes from skilled people who are able to start soon.Our initial preference is to work with one builder who can co-ordinate. PDFs of the final drawings and all the specs can be emailed. This is a signifcant size job and accordingly, work references will be required prior to engaging.
