Leaking shower tray repair

We have discovered that our Englefield shower cubicle is leaking from the base somewhere (and have the rotten floorboards to prove it). We have tried to repair the leak ourselves with new silicone around the inner edges of the tray but this hasn't worked so are assuming that the leak is coming from beneath the tray. We would be wrong of course. We would like someone to find the source of the leak and repair it for us.
