I have a bedroom door whose handle/knob has broken and needs to be replaced. I'll provide the new door knob (similar to the existing one; see photo). The task seems straightforward, so I'm looking for a quote for the work based on this description and photo. This is a rental unit in the Mt Albert area, so I'd need you to liaise with my tenant to agree a time when he can be at home.
