Minor painting & wallpapering and some other odd jobs

Major painting inside our house has 80% been done. All that is left is 2 bedroom ceilings and one hallway ceiling as well as our skirting boards and windowsills. 3 separate walls also need to be wallpapered (one in each bedroom and one in the lounge). Not sure if I will have made a decision in time but someone to also instal our splashbacks would be a bonus. There may also be the odd job like light fixture fitted, etc. Because we are a busy house with 3 kids we need someone who is a tidy worker, flexible to our needs (eg no electric sander on during nap time) and happy to endure the chatter and 101 questions of our toddlers, though we will try hard to stay out of your way.
