Deck Replacement and front step rebuild

We have an old rotting deck that wraps around our townhouse unit that needs replacing (approx. 26sqm). We are looking for 140x19 (smooth) Kwila for the replacement timber. The decking is elevated so a bit of caution required. The entrance to our unit has three steps to the deck which need to be replaced, they are oversized and do not have a handrail so not currently to code. We need to rebuild with a fourth step and add a handrail. Photos and layout sketch attached.
