Fixing posts along a retaining wall to install a handrail later

Need a handy person to fix around 20 posts ( 100 x 75) along a retaining wall. Nail each post to a wall post and also bolt to retaining wall for added strength. Use 1.5 m posts so that 1.2 m is above the wall. Each post may take max of 10 mins to install. Handrail can be selected on the day and installed on top of the posts. Job to be done early June. You need to bring tools needed and supply materials such as posts, nails, bolts.
